Home Inspections restore confidence and are a valuable tool in negotiations.  For most, a home is their largest purchase.  When we buy small products, we often research them.  When buying cars, printers, cameras or a CD, most of us get on the internet and read reviews, compare features and develop an understanding of the product we wish to purchase.  Have we ever had buyer's remorse?   When we click the "buy it now" button and think, "oh crap, maybe I should have bought this other one.  Do I trust ebay? Is the item broken?  Is it compatible with Windows 97?"   

When we purchase a home, we want some reassurance that it will meet our expectations.  We want to know that the home is safe and sound, that it's systems operate properly, that there are no undisclosed damages and we want piece of mind.  

Why is a home inspection valuable?

• The inspection report is a valuable negotiation tool.  Saves money! 
• Identifies safety hazards and recalled mechanical systems.  Saves lives! 
• Identifies water and electrical problems.  Saves crawling on your belly!  
• Identifies poor construction techniques.  Be Proactive, not caught off guard!
